Ministries Missions Copies
of services on CD The Greeting of Friends A favorite part of our Sunday morning worship is the "Greeting of Friends," during which we invite folks to meet new people and share a blessing. This 5-6 minute part of our worship is purposely not placed on this page each week as it would merely be a dull roar. However, here is one example just so you might experience a little of what we are doing. Our aim in the "Greeting of Friends" is to personally express the love of Christ to everyone present, following the direction of the scripture to "greet one another with a holy kiss" and that we "greet the friends, every one of them." (3 John 15, ESV) |
